Message disconnecting the leads it at the pedal pivot switch connector. Use a short length of wire bent in a 'U-shape" to close the circuit. Tape the exposed wire to prevent shorts, and zip tie it out of the way.

Tort Attorneys please note: I grew up before this safety function was mandated. Consequently, it is first nature for me to double check the trans is in neutral before I turn the key to start. If one forgets to do this, depending on what gear your in, the car will jump forward 6-10" before you catch it. So my advice to all readers is that this is not the best shortcut for you if your were born into a world of DOT mandated safety switches.
